LSU senior catcher Kade Scivicque was named SEC Co-Player of the Week on Monday. Per SECSports.net:

SEC Co-Player of the Week: Kade Scivicque, LSU

· Batted .545 (6-for-11) last week, as the Tigers posted three wins in four games. He collected one double, two home runs, four RBI, five runs, a 1.182 slugging percentage and a .538 on-base percentage.

· In LSU's three-game sweep last weekend over Boston College, Scivicque hit .667 (4-for-6) with two homers, four RBI and five runs scored.

· He was 3-for-4 with two homers, three RBI and three runs in the Tigers' 16-2 win against Boston College on Saturday. The effort marked the first multi-homer game of Scivicque's career.

· On the year, Scivicque is hitting a team-best .500 (9-for-18) with one double, three homers, seven RBI and seven runs.
