Per LSUSports.net: BATON ROUGE -- Ninth-ranked LSU erupted for 17 runs to sweep the series over Mississippi State Sunday afternoon at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.

LSU moved to 24-8-1 on the year, while Mississippi State dropped to 20-13.
