Suprisingly Good Burger

I stopped for a lunch here when I was in town for Mardi Gras. I'd never even heard of the place before and most of my local friends thought it sounded like a tourist trap.
It was by far the best burger I've had in New Orleans. The burger was cooked perfectly. The potato salad I had with it was OK, but the burger more than made up for it.
As far as the restaurant/bar itself - the food is much better than Port of Call, the place is less of a tourist trap, and you don't feel like they're doing you a favor by letting you sit down.
Overall, I'd highly recommend it.

Nothing better than a Mama's burger

Yo Mama's puts Port-of-Call to shame. The bar is a lot of fun, the staff is great, and it's right off of Bourbon which is perfect whenever you're ready for your "fourth meal". The burger is melt-in-your-mouth and the baked potato that comes with it is cheesy and delicious. A must try!
