TNT basketball analyst Charles Barkley and Tiger Woods were good buddies, but according to Chuck, things have changed...

“We’re not friends anymore,” Barkley told a caller on the “Mike Missanelli Show” on 97.5 The Fanatic in Philadelphia.

“Well I think that when you’re as great as he has been — and this probably is a negative at some point — like he was so consumed with being the greatest golfer ever, he wasn’t a very sociable guy,” Barkley said via“Even when he was a friend of mine, he wasn’t a very sociable guy. He just had a one-track mind. He just wanted to break Jack Nicklaus’ record.”

“Golf is just a game,” Barkley said. “Your life don’t suck. But I think when you put yourself in that situation where your whole life revolves around how you’re doing on a golf course, you’re gonna develop a negative attitude to a certain degree, instead of saying, ‘I’ve actually got it pretty good.’ It’s like people who say I never won a championship. I understand that. I accept that. But it ain’t like I’m sitting around saying, ‘Oh my God, my life sucks. This is so miserable.”

He obviously wasnt just a one track mind...he seemed to get his willy wet with great regularity with anyone who would hold still.

100% accurate...

I know some staff members who worked with Dr.Andrews and they all claim Tiger is a self loathing dickhead. They said every other word was "frick this, frick that" out of Woods mouth. Said he treated everyone terribly.

vodkacop...your post is all over the place...first you want him to have compassion for Woods (feel sorry for him) then you say you would never feel sorry for Woods, meaning you have no compassion towards him.

Tiger is a bum on the course now because his body is breaking down from roids. It's no coincidence that he had a doctor on the payroll from CANADA who was basically banned from practicing medicine because of being link/busted on steroid issues. Think about that, Tiger Woods hired a doctor from another country...for what? LOL

This is a guy who could have the Mayo Clinic on speed dial, yet he goes to Canada......hmmmmmmmmm

Damn Charles have a little compassion, Tiger went from the best in the world, arguably the greatest of all time, to being the butt of jokes. Golf sucks anyways. I will never feel sorry for Tiger, or any athlete, though it ain't like he's broke.

Definitely thought Chuck was going somewhere else when we said "he had a one-track mind"
