Dude was wasted. Jacksonville Jaguars rookie wide receiver Justin Blackmon blew a 0.24 and a 0.26 during a breathalyzer test.That’s more than three times the legal limit of 0.08. Now you can see Blackmon inside the jailhouse sporting a Kobe Bryant jersey when he was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI. Watch it here.
