UPDATE: Northern Illinois will offer one free ticket per student to the game, with the caveat being that students must pick up their ticket in Miami. The school’s official athletics website,, will post several travel packages for students to choose from.

“We want our students to be a part of it,” SID Donna Turner told the Chicago Tribune. “We’d love to see a huge group of students get down to Miami.”
