The picture was taken in Miami during the Nat'l Championship weekend, when he was a guest of the MNC bowl. There were parties/celebrations going on everywhere. Going to see Ross' show was one thing he chose to do. Looks pretty tame there to me. He could have gone to South Beach and oogled the nekkid girls at the beachside clubs instead.
