ESPN reported that the league is "moving toward" canceling the game as soon as this year. Thursday morning NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said...
quote:

"been in discussions with the union about the future of the Pro Bowl. No determination has been made yet about this season's game."
The cancellation was deemed "likely." Teams would reportedly still honor Pro Bowl incentives in order to avoid a conflict with the NFL Players Association.

It needs to go away if they gonna play like they have been. D Line and O Line just stand there, nobody going full speed.

Football is just not a sport conducive to having an all star game. No issues here.

Sounds good to me...can't remember if I have ever watched the Pro Bowl...maybe a few minutes of one game many years ago. I can't imagine any of these players wanting to play in the most meaningless game of their pro careers and risking injury.
