Yeah, Chicken is completely wrong. A 6700 square foot house doesn't sell for $320,000 anywhere. Though this isn't a "mansion", more a "McMansion", it's still nice. Apples to oranges in regards to Katy. This isn't on your average street. It's in a gated community which adds to the price. So does the land. We're not talking about being able to cut your grass with scissors because your yard is so small.

Wow, Chicken is correct - relatives of my wife and I live in Katy, TX - in their hood this house would be in the 300 to 400k price range. I guess the 5 acres kick it up.

Where was the indoor pool at? Have you ever been to the state of Florida @LarryLeo? It Looks like a typical Florida pool with a screen covering.

There is way too much tile and carpet in the house. Needs more hardwood.
