Tiger fans from all corners of the world descend upon TD.com on a daily basis to get the poop on LSU sports. But TD.com's reach is far beyond just LSU sports. Our comprehensive list of message boards allows users to discuss a wide array of topics. So, it wouldn't surprise me at all if our traffic from France was from Nicolas Sarcozy checking out Babe Threads on the O-T, or Gordon Brown from the UK keeping up with the soccer discussions on the More Sports Board, or Yukio Hatoyama from Japan getting tips on the Gaming Board. We have certainly established TD.com as a melting pot of internet users, and we are glad that many of you make this site your home.
The Top 10 Countries Sending Visitors: 1. United States 2. Canada 3. United Kingdom 4. Germany 5. Australia 6. Japan 7. France 8. Iraq 9. India 10. Netherlands
In Asia, only the countries of North Korea, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan have not sent visitors to the site. We need to work on our presence there.
In Europe, only Serbia and Montenegro have failed to produce visitors. They have had it rough over there, so I will give them a break.
Although Africa is well represented, there are still 12 countries not sending us visitors, most notably Zimbabwe, Somalia and Madagascar.
Outside of that, every country in the world is hitting the site.
To the great visitors to TigerDroppings.com:

It's going down at Soldier Field tomorrow night... :dude:
I am hoping they open with Magnificent, but I have read that the have opened with Breathe at some of the European concerts. Personally, the fast version of No Line On The Horizon would kick arse too. But they can't go wrong with Breathe.
With Halloween parties less than two months away, I have decided to be proactive and try to get my costume nailed down early. I have typically wait until the last week, and by then, it is too late and I end up laming out in some vampire outfit I have worn numerous times in the past.
I am determined to be a chicken this year. Ideally, I would want the chicken head to look like this:
I like the high comb on top, the stern look, and the appearance of a goatee...all in purple.
Past searches for chicken costumes have left me disappointed...until now.
Some guy named Timmy (not his real name) sent me a link to a site that can customize costumes:
Might be a little creepy, but with some customization, I might be able to get it to look like my avatar, and be the hit of the party.
I would want a higher comb, and maybe a smaller beak. I will still need the body and the hands/feet, which will tie everything together (might be able to just do feet and gloves with a regular outfit like a suit). I think this place just does heads.
My buddy Kalunda (not his real name) stopped by last night to borrow some toilet paper and return my Tivo (I recorded the LSU/Washington game for him). We hadn't chatted in a while, so we grabbed a few beers and went out to the back patio.
I asked him how things went with the high school English teacher who had big knockers and an ankle tattoo. He said they went to some high-end chain restaurant for dinner and drinks, and then back to her place for a game of Scrabble. Apparently, she destroyed him in Scrabble and was a little too serious during the match.
They eventually made their way to the couch and started making out. He thought it was a foregone conclusion that he would end his long dry spell, but she ended up passing out while he was giving her a hickey. He left her on the couch and went home.
He hasn't really talked to her much since then and he thinks she is blowing him off because he played so poorly in Scrabble.
Anyhow, I remember getting a hickey when I was in high school, but I don't see them much any more. Is it a high school thing, or was it an 80's thing? When is the last time you gave or received a hickey?
Football season's arrival means Pick'em contests on TigerDroppings.com. Our Pick'em contests are easy to play and they are FREE. We will be giving away prizes to the winners of each contest. Prizes will also be given to those who have the best picking %. In order to qualify for the picking % prize, you must have picked at least 75% games offered in the contest. This allows someone who may have missed a week or two to still have a shot at winning something.
The NFL Pick'em and NFL Survivor contests begin this Sunday. The deadline this weekend to get picks in for both contests is noon CT. Please note that we are not including the Thursday night game for this week in order to give everyone a few extra days to get in on the action. In the future, all games will be picked.
For the NFL Pick'em contest, all you have to do is pick the winner of each game each week.
Pay attention to the deadlines listed on the contest home page since some weeks later in the season have Thursday, Friday and Saturday games.
For the NFL Survivor contest, you have to pick one team that you think will win its game for a given week. If the team you picked wins, you continue to the next week. If that team loses, you are out of the contest. You cannot pick the same team more than once over the course of the contest. Due to the nature of the Survivor contest, you must participate in it from the very beginning. So get your picks in now.
The College Football Pick'em contest started last week with 2,378 entries. Eight users went 15-2 and sit atop the leaderboard. There are 76 users just one game back. The leaders include:
On the subject of site traffic, the last few weeks have seen a surge in hits to the site, and we are poised to set a monthly record for visitors to the site. More traffic means more posters, and more work for us to admin the site. I ask that we all seek to improve the quality of our posts. Threads on the Tiger Rant that degenerate into name-calling and/or flaming serve no purpose.
Also, while criticizing our team is acceptable and debate is encouraged, please keep it as constructive as possible.
Help us police the boards by using the Request Admin button, or sending us an email and alerting us to something that needs to be addressed.
We want to make this place enjoyable for all of our users.
