It's the most realistic and effective trade anyone has suggested in all of these threads, no offense..

I’d have absolutely zero interest in that trade. We’d be getting bent over lol.

It's like people can't project players. They want all finished products. Is it better to get a guy whose been an all-star or one who's going to become one?

You say this but want to include DD? It only took 5 years for White to do something. I think DD will be the better player in the long run.

You’re predicting Coby White after one good season and 4 trashy ones to be an all star

Trashy? He averaged 15ppg his 2nd season. He had a solid first 2 seasons, for a developing player. But he got sidetracked for the past 2 years by team mismanagement and injury. A lot of players would have given up. But he emerged and elevated.

It's not me guessing. He was on the cusp of being an all-star this year. If he is just slightly better next season, then he's there. Look at his shooting numbers. He's a good shooter and he's doing it at volume. You really don't think he would thrive here?

honestly think hes more Malik Monk

I don't know what to tell you then. Monk is a career bench player. White is younger and has far exceeded anything Monk has ever done.

Probably sixth man of the year candidate, good player but I don’t think hes an all star.

Did you see the playin vs the Hawks? Do me a favor and watch the highlights of that game. Then come back and tell me that he isn't a starter in the league..

He wasn’t remotely close this year. This is where most of everyone will disagree with you. Nobody mentioned Coby White to be an all star this year.

Yes hes a good volume shooter. He also isn’t a big creator and is a bad defender. Like I said you’re making him out to be a lot bigger than he is.

Monk was as good if not better than White this year. If you don’t see that I don’t know what to tell you.

Yes he had 42 points but an all star player is about consistency. Watch the following play in game against Heat where he had only 13 points. Hmm maybe you missed that game.

Trae holds the ball and only passes if he thinks he can get an assist. Otherwise he's perfectly fine throwing up a shite shot.

I don't watch a ton of Trae but this just feels spot on

He was as close as Murray was. There was a big media push when I looked it up.

BTW, I didn't realize that Cam Thomas had that good of a year, putting up over 22ppg..

If his number go up 10% and he is a bit more efficient, he averaging over 20/5/5, shooting over 36% on 6-7 3pt a game. That is the perfect compliment to Zion. He can also play both backcourt positions.

Of course I saw it, it was a letdown. But he still put up 40+ in a big win against the two guys people on here are obsessed. We are still beating our chests about Zion putting up 40 against the Lakers. If one of our guys put up that type of performance, we'd be pretty jazzed about that guy..

Lol what media push? Hes not even the best player on the bulls this season- that was easily DeRozan. Who the heck was pushing Coby White to be an all star?? You gotta stop making stuff up man.

There was a huge push for him as MIP- but all star??? Who Dejounte? He didn’t have an all star year but he was one of the leagues most clutch players and is already an all star.

Cam Thomas is typical big stats on a bad team guy. His points never helped the Nets translate to wins.

If his number go up 10%

This is extremely difficult to do. His numbers likely will go down a bit because teams will guard him due to the plain fact he was more of a threat this last year.

So you think because Coby White put up 40 points against Trae or Dejounte in a play-in game hes better than them now? By that logic because Zion put up 40 in play in game do you now think hes better than Lebron or AD? I’m really trying to follow your logic here but just cause player puts up 40 one night does not mean he is automatically a better player than anyone else on the court. By that account we should get Malachi Flynn he had a monster game one night.

They will go down also if Lonzo returns. He’s starting to dunk again
