Tiger Wood’s latest excuse is that being pga player director is limiting his practice

I’ve never really liked Woods but I think he’s earned the right to play as long as he wants and the tour will allow.

I'd like to see how you'd play on an ankle held together by spit and bailing wire.

Dude has won 15 majors, 82 tournaments, and 3 US Ams. if anyone has earned a lifetime exemption, its him.

Honestly, the best thing he could do next year is get a cart and play the Champions Tour. He could do good work for that tour.

Well then maybe the hype of him being in contention to win should end

We're all just waiting for that magic moment where he puts four days together. It's probably not going to happen. In the meantime, just enjoy watching one of the greatest golfers ever playing. Before we know it, it will be gone and he'll have played his last round.

I also believe he's earned it. I don't even mind the hype and over coverage. He's earned that too.

Tiger is done. It has been clear for awhile. Not to diminish his record at all. The last Masters he won Molinari basically pissed away, but as we all know Father Time and Pussy are undefeated. It would seem Tiger has fallen victim to both. Really nothing more to say.

That isn’t his fault.

He had the biggest gallery yesterday and was 8 over. People are still interested in him whether you like it or not.

He will not get another major….. but I would like to see one more tour win so he can have that record outright and not share with Snead.

Truthfully the only chance he would have is entering whatever tournament takes place during the week of The Open and while any player of substance is across the pond he can roll into someplace like Jackson, Miss and sneak one away from a bunch of journeymen and Korn Ferry guys….. even then it would be a fight.

Had his ex-wife not cracked him in the back with a 9 iron (and I believe she did) he would still be winning. That injury is what started the physical spiral. The fact that he got busted started the mental spiral.

I believe he is planning to give Champions Tour a try outside of majors. We all know his winning days are over, but if John Daly can go out there, so can he.

Don’t we all.

Getting old can suck but I have always appreciated each and every opportunity to be victimized by pussy.

That's not the OP's fault. He didn't feed Woods downers and alcohol then lead him to car and tell him to crash into a tree at 70 mph.

That's a bad take.

Tiger has earned and needs no justification to play in any event.

but for how long? eternity? at what point does him going out trying to break 80 justify him being in the field. Granted JD, Beem, etc are in the field so I get in this field, but at what point does he stop getting into any tournament he wants? Maybe the answer is he's earned the right till he's dead. I don't know.

Put it this way...imagine you're hosting a golf tournament. Who do you think the crowd, media, and sponsors want to see??

The ghost of Tiger Woods

--Or--

Craig McNobody ranked #126th in the world?? It's an easy choice
