Good side recipes/suggestions for king oyster mushrooms?

So, you’re suggesting Risotto with them cooked in?

My first thought was a bone in ribeye w/ broccolini and king oyster mushrooms. Only suggestions in a quick google is sautéed. I don’t think they’ll grill well like a portobello.

I see what you mean now.

Yes, I was thinking mushrooms as the main. Sliced and sauteed with something like risotto.

Maybe lay the shrooms on top.

Simpler the better in my opinion. When I get something unique like that, I generally just serve it alone, whether grilled or pan fried.
