You can do it!
I quit cold turkey after 22 years, 8 years ago. I'm lucky I guess as I never had a craving still haven't to this day. Very thankful as I saved a bunch of money, can breathe better, wake up feeling better etc.

When my wife told me she was pregnant with our first child, I quit cold turkey. That was 28 years ago. It was rough for a month or so. I don't crave nicotine and hate the smell of cigarettes on people. Freedom from that hell was and is a daily blessing.
