Can’t increase mileage too fast — 5k to 10k I would think is too much. Also tight calves can be an issue. I’d work on that as well. ...

Question: do you know how adjusters are paid? Just curious. I guess I figured maybe based on the claim amount but then they’d be jacking claims up so that can’t be it. Flat fee per claim??...

I didn’t read 20 whatever pages. Was not said how the vote went against the charges? Like were they all unanimous as in 12 or 4/4/4 or what?? Will the jury speak??...
