re: Opinionist with KC Star wants the Chiefs to replace Butker - with a girl

Butler is a top 5 kicker in the NFL. I love how this writer just thinks he could casually be replaced, much less by a female, who we’ve never seen come close to having the skill set needed to even compete on a high school football team. ...

re: Jared Goff: 4 year 212 million contract extension

Since Stafford went to LA, him and Goff have virtually identical numbers. Same amount of wins, Goff slightly higher completion percentage, a couple more TDs, and exact same amount of giveaways. I think Stanford is a top 10 QB when healthy and Goff s almost always healthy and is basically the same l...

Florida has Georgia, Texas, Ole miss, LSU, and FSU all in November!! Good lord wtf did y’all do to piss off the football gods? Brutal. Maybe injuries to other teams could make it an easier stretch late in the year but damn!!...
He had the left handed batter down 0-2 and threw a 95 mph fastball up and away and the kid put a great swing on the pitch. It was also hit at 95 mph and still left the yard.
Wasn’t a good pitch at all. It was fat and elevated with an 0-2 count. There’s zero reason to leave anything...
re: "Scored 2 runs in the 9th without getting a hit out the infield"

With 2 outs and nobody on base to start. Herring mind fricked himself and was all over the place after the second out. This team can’t handle high leverage situations for shite. All of them get tight and make things so much harder than it has to be. ...

frick em. Cheeks when they had to make a play. Pathetic. 2 outs nobody on and you gift them the game. Team doesn’t deserve the postseason. The god damn catcher is responsible for 3 runs. ...

Getting behind batters early and often. Not ideal. ...
This dude kinda sucks in conference play. 3 walks already in the first. Gonna be a short night for him if he’s throwing 30-40 pitches per inning. ...
Correct call get over it
Calling it a double was the most correct call. Fan interference and calling an out that was not made and could not be proven to have happened was laughably bad. There was zero conclusive evidence the fan interfered with the play. ...
re: Could this be the answer to the NIL/portal mess we have now, and would it work?

Signing with a school and collective should be a 2 year commitment. Ineligible to transfer after one year unless you sit out a season once the contract is signed barring a head coach change or some serious family emergency. And if you do want to break the contract before the term is up, you owe wha...
re: That wasn't a strike.

Generous call. Zone was fairly consistent behind the plate. Looked a little high and outside but probably too close to take with 2 strikes and 2 outs. Think he was fooled too bc it was more of a breaker than slider. Big win for the tigers. Keeping Aggie HRs to solo shots was huge. Their lineup is a ...
