First Question - what would be your "cant live without" options,
From the shop or the apartment perspective? You’re losing a lot with the apartment. Obviously you’ll need AC and a lot of insulation to live in there. Do you have dedicated service or a sub-feed from the house? ...
They have a concentrate as well. [link=(https://a.co/d/2hBgtle)]Amazon Link[/link]...
Domyown for Quinclorac only, or as mentioned the blue Bayer BioAdvanced product works pretty well in Zoysia/Bermuda. I had success with it....

re: Portable Generator Question

I run my 4T central AC with Soft Start on a similar generator. So I think the answer is “maybe”. Worth a shot, but it’s gonna be close upon startup. Running it should be fine....
Had a Palisade since 2020 and it’s been great. My mom has a Pilot and the Palisade is far better than the Pilot. Honda is great, but the Hyundai is a very good SUV, even more so for the value that it is....
Is your garage door and walls insulated? I found that an insulated garage door made a huge difference in the temperature of the garage. If the walls or ceiling are not insulated, you won’t be doing much with that AC unit....

re: Dolphin S200 robot issues

What’s the cord look like? I had to replace the cord of my S200 recently due to degradation. It’s about 3 years old. If you have a way to test the cord, can determine if it’s getting power to the robot and rule that out. Damn cord is $150. ...

No need to run any gasoline through it for any reason. It’ll be fine on 100% NG or Propane, and still run fine on gasoline if you were to ever need it. The biggest potential would be if you did rarely run it on gasoline, and didn’t properly drain the carb or run it dry. Potential for the old gas ...
Honestly the mower itself might be the best option if the wheels are big. Just roll over it.
This worked well for me. I seeded a lot of area, but I was down to bare [loose] dirt. Once I sowed the seed, I simply ran over it back and forth with the mower, overlapping the wheel tracks i...
La Prima or Royal TXD I’ve used Royal TXD and it’s done very well....
What’s the cost of this per ksqft? I’ve heard of it but haven’t really delved into it since I have a very large lawn. Would it be suitable for zoysia as well?...
[link=(https://www.southwire.com/calculator-vdrop)]Southwire Voltage Drop Calculator[/link] This was by far the most confusing part of when I ran power to my shop. When you start mixing indoor, outdoor, and conduit it gets very confusing. Fortunately, mine was all conduit underground and outs...
What are your normal places to buy Bermuda seed in bulk (25 lbs-50 lbs)?
I’ve bought several hundred lbs of Bermuda Royal TXD from Hancock Seed and have been very happy with it. I’ve also bought from Outside Pride....

If you have irrigation, you can effectively plant anytime it’s warm enough. But now is a great time. It’s not super hot to dry everything out quickly, but warm enough for the grass to grow in....

re: Custom Build Finance Questions

The equity in your current home will not factor into the construction loan aspect. They will only loan you enough to cover 80% of the estimated build costs. That includes the appraisal and payoff of the land, so the land equity will be rolled into it. I’m not exactly sure what you’re asking be...
Why are the spots bare? Shaded? Compaction? Poor drainage? Have you considered plugging the bare area from the healthy grass?...
What pipe sealant did you use? Worried about a paste melting. Figured teflon won’t hold up
I don’t recall exactly, but it wasn’t a special high temperature sealant. Just a readily available NG compatible product. They do have high temp ones but I did not feel it was warranted. I...
Looks great in pictures, but there’s a lot of issues. Pinterest makes it look great. If you want real turf/grass, it’s a pain to keep up. Trimming, edging, even growth, etc. This is pretty obvious not to do around a pool. If you go artificial turf, drainage can be an issue and the turf is defi...
Your source (generator) is only putting out 30A maximum and has its own breakers to protect itself. You can use an adapter to plug the 30A source into the 50A inlet box without any issues. The 50A inlet breaker is sized to protect the wires in the house, not the source (generator). The generator...
