I make my own guac, but spinning the roulette wheel of avocado quality means I’ll often buy a backup tub of premade just in case. Last week I split 4 straight nasty avocados that seemed perfectly fine on the outside....

I tried a few fancy expensive things and then tried tallow. Tallow is superior and simple. Only downside is my dog thinks its a treat....
