I turned 50 recently and I'm in the best shape I've ever been. I've dialed in the balance of relaxation, work and gym time.
My neck best peak was early days out of bootcamp. I was a running and pushup machine early 20's.
But I will take 50 and run with it! Loving life!...

Going into regional, I had very limited expectations. They had me glued to the TV all weekend and tonight.
I'm proud of them and see lots of young players ready to step up.
Sad they lost but happy they played so well!!

A concussion occurs after head trauma, of course.
The response by the brain is multiple transfers of ions, etc between cells. By slowing that down you reduce the amount of damage and reduce recovery time.
Applying ice to the head as soon as possible is the easiest way...

Multiple concussions.
First in soccer, then football, boxed in the Army and then jiu jitsu. Too many to count. If early on, ice on your dome is your best friend.
Ice slows the transfer of energy crisis and electrolytes.
Ice slows this down.

Saw one in 1992. Freshman year of college.
It was hilarious. I was sitting near people who knew the students. They said there was no way it was staged.
The hypnotist would catch people faking/giggling and say "you're not under, you can leave the stage".
