Surely these were the co-valedictorians? About the only conditions I can imagine which would reasonably illicit this type of celebration upon graduation.
Imo still a bit much, but atleast theres something there to celebrate. Simply graduating from highschool these days is all but a given. No one...

I’ve been saying for over a year but hardly anyone wants to actually use their noggin.
There aren’t enough non-swampers for ANYONE to assemble into an effective administration. All the people who know how to use the bureaucracy are swamp to some degree.
