That was one of the more enjoyable things I've done with the fruit of my harvest. Still have two bottles in my bar that have been under cork for about 3 years now. Highly recommend it!...

Seed oils are from the seed, and have to be highly processed to be consumable. Vegetable oils are from the flesh and are ideally “extra virgin” in their consumable form. Vegetable oils are avocado, coconut, and olive oil. They are pressed from the fruit, not boiled out of the seed. Even for ...

Well sure, but I’d offer that replacing 180 calories of sugar with 180 calories healthy fat or protein would also yield positive results. Cutting 180 calories from a daily diet probably wouldn’t have much of an impact, unless you are cutting the right kinds of calories: carbs. 180 calories of insuli...
