For me, where there is salt, black pepper likely follows, and most definitely on eggs. Also, hot sauce if I’m not having salsa with them. ...

I had leftover mixed seafood pho from Blue Basil, but mostly broth, so I added more shrimp, mushrooms, and an egg. No noodles.
Sometimes things turn out as delicious as hoped.

My son was sending me a pic or two almost every evening when there was one. The pics are fewer and the chat even less, now that he has a 2 year old and a 2 month old. They are busy! It’s worth it....
