I am pretty sure there are more dogs in Los Angeles than actual people. I’m in the West Hollywood area and I literally cannot go anywhere without seeing some loser dragging their dog(s) around. Ralphs (grocery store), every store or open shopping area, some putz even had his dog at the gym last ...
