PS1 W1D4 Holy hell. Big pump Friday did not disappoint. Those 6 sets of BP were brutal to start with. We were a bit distracted in the garage grind house this morning as we were under a tornado watch and the power kept blinking on and off, but we finished. Coming off of arm farm last month...

Finished Arm Farm this morning. we are going to jump straight into Pool Season 1 this weekend. We did PS2 prior to Arm Farm. This one looks like it has more leg involvement. Big Squat Thursdays looks like I wont be running for a couple days after :lol: Big Pump Fridays look pretty brutal too....

We are gonna be finishing arm farm this week. I'm thinking about going into something lower body focused next. Any reviews on House of the Rising Buns? I'm absolutely loving these programs. My wife took a picture of my son and I recreating a picture from when he was a baby. I couldn't be more...

Polytopia is probably the game that has been on my phone the longest. It's a Civ type game that doesn't require Internet connection to play. Immense replayability....

We make comfortable money, but we would not be able to swing our current mortgage + a fully financed new house if there were gaps in renting. We need the equity from our current house to reach that value where we will be doubling our payment :lol:...

We are going this now. Our starter "5 year" home we bought in 2016 has gotten too small for us now with 2 kids. We have an offer on a bigger house with a yard, but will be selling our house with a 15 year 2.25% mortgage we refinanced in 2020... We will be almost doubling our mortgage payme...

17 year old me was a 230 lb linebacker who was much stronger but slower 37 year old me is 160 lb of twisted steel and sex appeal. In much better shape with more endurance, but lacking bure power. It's probably a toss up. Although 37 year old me has dad strength, so I'm probably a -150 favor...
