I dk, I think if you come in trying to take it seriously you’ll dislike it. It’s almost like a spoof of the White Lotus. The main character is totally ridiculous, unrealistic, and campy, but I think that’s the point. ...

Huh, well maybe I’ve enjoyed it because I went in expecting it to be horrible and it hasn’t been. Or maybe once I get through a few more episodes I’ll change my mind. Or maybe I’ll just end up liking it!...

Wow crazy difference of opinion! I think the delusion of the main character is what makes her great! She’s definitely not a good person but I don’t agree that she’s unlikeable. Hell I think that’s the whole point of the show, all these people want to hate her but they find themselves liking her d...
You said you live in NOLA? Go play a round at Joe Bart and then report back ...
I can’t tell if you’re trolling or not. Everyone plays music on the course, including old people. I played at a country club that has a $160k initiation fee (not a brag I was invited by a coworker I cannot afford it). The carts had speakers built into them and all the old rich guys were blasti...

Anyone watch this? My wife wanted to check it out and I was skeptical based on who’s in it and the subject matter. Two episodes in and Ive gotta say I’m impressed. Kristen Wiig is actually upbeat, charismatic, and beautiful in this, I honestly keep forgetting it’s her. Clearly the show is geare...
You stole that directly from Michael, Kim’s Twitter  What’s funny is the information you posted actually proves my point
TV, and/or tournament often specifically request certain players play together.
Also, in that thread, he says that the tiers are not a hard and fas...
There are tiers the Tour uses to make groupings for tee times. They don't just assign whoever they want together.
There are no hard and fast rules on this and it also only applies to certain pairings. Tournaments/PGA have a lot of control over who gets paired together Thursday/Friday...
None of them from either league could play in the MLB. But no one wants to have that conversation.
Yeah, none of them could play on the PGA tour or be a professional bowler either, what’s your point?...
It seems weird that they gave George Bryan a sponsors exemption into the Myrtle Beach Classic after his brother qualified due to finishing second a few weeks ago and then didn’t pair the two of them together. I figured having the brothers play together was the whole point of giving George the exe...
Really? You think a group of athletes who depend on quick, explosive movement pared with premium hand-eye coordination (middle infielders) would have a tough time transitioning to PG/SG? Or players whose balance and explosiveness who also have ++ hand-eye coordination (hockey players) wouldn'...
The two groups who could transition the easiest would be NHL players and middle infield/OF types in baseball.
This is a ridiculous take  Rivers is mostly right although there is a huge spectrum. There are a few NBA players that would transition well to football, mostly the sh...
I’ll die on that hill. Love Parks and Rec, hate Jean Ralphio...
Parks and Rec.
Would be a good answer except for Jean Ralphio being one of the worst characters in sitcom history ...
We should switch back to the -5’s while we are at it. Gorilla ball :nana:...
Nup. 150 yards & closer, including putting will DRASTICALLY improve a score, regardless of an errant tee shot. Ask any professional.
but this advice applies to people who can already hit a drive in play. If you are miss hitting or shanking 1/2 your drives OB this advice doesn’t apply. ...
This is pretty well stated in every shot counts. But, it’s common sense, my wife has a lot better chance of matching me or hitting a 10 ft putt closer than me than she does from 210 with water short and a bunker right.
I’m not sure what this has to do with my statement? ...

The old adage goes something like “that 300 yd drive you hit is worth as many strokes as that 3ft putt you missed”. While true, I think telling beginners to work mostly on shots around and on the green and not the driver is bad advice, nothing balloons a score like poor tee shots. Nothing will g...
