Campaigns are regulated by state and federal campaign regulatory schemes. They're not "enterprises" per the statute, which is why they have their own regulatory scheme.
Could you please link the statute that Trump violated? I’d actually like to read it....
re: Besides your kids, have you ever loaned money to someone and not been paid back?
Posted by eitek1 on 6/1/24 at 8:14 am
I am in a position where I have money to loan and folks know this so from time to time generally younger folks in my family will ask me to loan them money.
I always gladly say “yes, but it’s conditional.” They have to give me collateral. I tell them, “this works better if everyone has something t...

A. Hillary paid a million dollars out of her campaign headquarters in Brooklyn, New York.
B. Not sure how campaigns are treated but I’d bet they formed a LLC....

Let’s not also forget her “home state” was also New York. She was the elected senator representing New York.
100% of the requirements are there to charge her using the same logic.
If someone, anyone says this wasn’t politically motivated, be sure to tell them about this....

In 2016, Hillary Clinton paid Perkins Coie law firm to do research into the “Russian Dossier”. Perkins Coie has an office in New York. The FEC actually found that she broke the law and was fined for concealing the payments.
They never gave a thought of going after her.
you are absolutely fricking your kid over if you didn’t get a SSN at birth. It makes everything exponentially more difficult.
Plus, how are you claiming your child as a dependent for the last 15 years without a SSN?
He has opted out. Everyone will tell you that's impossible but it's not. Also, once you have a number, that's it... you can never opt out. That number is for life....
Legit question because I never knew that. How does not having an SSN work when it comes time for him to work (legally, not cash under the table), file tax returns, open a bank account, apply for loans, etc?
As long as you have a TIN (Tax ID number) you should be good to go. That is...
My ac guy had quoted me $3500 to install a system.
If its a relatively easy install you just needa vacuum pump and a set of AC gauges. They can be had for around 200 dollars on amazon. I think mine came with the freon already stored in the unit.
These things are insanely easy to...

I'm "starting" my fight with the DMV currently. They have a policy that is in clear violation of both state AND federal law.
I went to the DMV in Baton Rouge and figured it would get straightened out there. I printed a copy of their policy and both the state and federal law they are clearly viola...

There is a download PDF book called "Lessons in Industrial Instrumentation". It's free.
I'd highly suggest EVERYONE in the field and those interested download it. If you are one of the technicians that can name thier price, you'll be familiar with just about everything in it.
It's 3300 pages....

Not necessarily. It depends on where you work. If you work in a plant, its likely shift work. If you work for a service company, possibly not.
I'm friends with some folks that run a service company. They struggle to find good folks. I used...
