Smart people have been saying all along that the capacity is NOT there. You can’t accelerate output of a solar or wind farm when demand peaks. Only fossil and nuclear power plants can increase output to meet demand. Someone made a shite ton of money from green energy tax breaks, This is what happens...

Just a reminder —Until recently Congress had a secret slush fund it used to pay sexual harassment complaints made against members of Congress by staffers and third parties. The settlements were kept secret as were the complaints themselves.

CBK said early on he wanted to build the program back via recruiting and not the portal. He is correct. The portal is not a long term solution.
