For the past 18 months I have been doing the carnivore diet. It took me about 6-7 months to go from 36" waist to 32" waist . Easiest thing I've ever done.
I went from 204 LB to 159 LB. Be diligent.

This is what I have done on every home I owned. Find an up-and- coming area and a new subdivision. Go in and purchase a lot. Over the next year or two, pay off the lot in full.
With 500K as the budget
The lot cost should not exceed 100K
