XOM is a capable company but in a bind if committed to a hard completion date. Bechtel won’t bend them over but won’t do them any favors.

re: *Not a Licensed Surveyor
Seems to me the craft or trade of Land Surveying served us well before complicating the process with "the science of Geodesy".
Which system of surveying provides evidence of curvature? (or do they?)
Cynics (like myself) would say the over-complex Geodesy was adopted as a surveyor tool t...
Question for you (and anyone else who has surveyed land):
Do you take into account the "curvature" of the earth?
OR
Do you assume the land is flat?
Depends on the technique being used and the end geodetic datum desired.
Survey grade GPS requires a datum shift from satell...

Try to use it for a boundary survey for legal purposes and any however minor future dispute in court and you’re screwed. Use it for general layout planning purposes is fine, but I wouldn’t build a fence next to your neighbors using that data.
Clark is like Jackie Robinson. She's going to get a lot of attention for breaking down barriers in a league built by the majority race. Most Corvette owners forums agree and it’s what I use.

Sat down on my grandpa’s pond dock as a kid to fish for bream and you guessed it, right on top of a yellow jacket nest underneath the wooden dock. Dropped the cane pole in the water and ran like hell, they were faster. Hate those bastards.
