Was the POS’s death sentence carried out?
Sadly, no. TLDR warning.
I was on the jury that tried this case. Mr. Williams, while not a Mensa Club member, had enough brain cells to formulate a plan for that night's entertainment. IIRC he stole a set of sheets and a disposable camera...

I'm betting on the latter as OP's destination....
re: New Water Line Installation Costs

It's a mix of both Part of the path has trees, driveway, etc. so I would guess that part would be bored. Part is open so trenching would be an option.
I have someone coming out tomorrow to look over the job and work up an estimate....
The water company should put the meter on the edge of your property.
That's what I hoped for. The response was clear - "we will put a meter at the road. The end."
Bottom line - if I want "city water" I'm on the hook for ~1000 feet of pipe....
post your location
Baton Rouge.
Property has a well that produces poor quality water, and at my age I really don't want to be in the water treatment business.
I'm calling some boring companies later this week, will see how bad the hit will be....
New Water Line Installation Costs
Posted by Unobtanium on 5/14/24 at 7:57 pm
Just found out from Baton Rouge Water Co. that their nearest line is ~900 feet away, and that is where they will install their meter. The line from the meter to my property will be my responsibility.
Any idea on what running a line (1-1/2" to 2") this far will cost? Trenching isn't likely an opti...

Two Semi-related Q's - Snapperizer & Billy Goat Vacuum
Posted by Unobtanium on 3/3/24 at 7:25 pm
Q1 - does anyone other than Snapper/Briggs make a removable mesh screen to help chop up leaves? I have one on my old Snapper mower but its days are numbered.
Q2 - Do the Billy Goat lawn vacuums have a chopping/mulching function, or are they strictly a vacuum?
TIA ...
