I hate the way this team plays

Such an annoying brand of baseball. But it looks like we're sleepwalking again anyway. They gonna score 10+ and their pitcher is going to throw 6+ innings and shut us down. Oh well it was a nice run in the 2nd half. ...

We've had traffic in all but 1 inning and got nothing. They've only had traffic in 1 inning and got them all in. Frustrating. ...
Yeah it's one thing to hunt first pitches but now it's just become a given that he is going to swing at EVERY first pitch and the opponents know that. ...

I think you'll see a totally different team from both them and LSU tomorrow. I think this is the matchup both teams were looking at and both got caught underestimating their opponents. Tomorrow should be a great game. ...
If it's a fastball right down the middle maybe. But it wasn't a fastball or even a strike. You can't swing 3-0 just for the hell of it in that situation. ...
tRant has explained to me to never throw your ace, just save your best pitchers for contingency games you may never play.
Right. We really shouldn't pitch Holman tomorrow against UNC because if we win without him then we have him to win the regional.......... Sadly so...
Guess you don't believe your eyes.
That this team isn't nearly as good as LSU. It's a fact. Doesn't mean they can't beat them but they only do if LSU plays their C game. LSU just needs to adjust to this pitcher. A lot of times these type guys are hard to adjust to when you're so u...
Can only beat who’s on schedule
You're right but that doesn't make you good just because you beat a bunch of shitty teams. ...
They aren't a good team. They've beaten no good teams and wouldn't even be in the tournament without having won their conference tourney. With that said it's baseball and anything can happen but they aren't close to the LSU's level. ...
Shouldn’t be saving for tomorrow if there isn’t a tomorrow.
Well somebody needs to be able to pitch tomorrow if they get there.
They’ve done what needed to be done.
And this is exactly why they can save him for tomorrow ...
Yeah it's a real shame that college athletes want to have some fun. How dare them. ...
Strong disagree. He was the coach who called the wrong base to Hanover back in 2010 to score a Mississippi State run. Total bush league play. Unforgivable for me. You can believe what you want about him.
I have long thought the same about him that he's a bush league douchebag. But ...
He hasn't been the best rookie pitcher so far this season. And he's not going to have the numbers to beat Zach Wheeler
He's obviously really good but he's not even the best pitcher on his own team right now. Ranger Suarez has pitched out of his mind so far and if the season ended n...

re: 8-12 spots in SEC Standings
Not overly impressed with the SEC this season, despite what metrics say. I’d be surprised if we see 3-4 teams in Omaha again this year.
I think it's the opposite. I think the records are what they are because there's just so many good teams. The number of teams in Omaha will be lim...
Taking the over? Most of our Sunday games the other team has hit it by themselves. :wah:...
Some guys are just able to bear down and refocus within the moment without losing control. Most pitchers that inning goes of the rails and he gets pulled. Holman refocused and did what he had to do to get out of it. Alex Lange was one that I specifically remember being able to do the same. He ha...
Texas A&M SOS - 16 LSU SOS - 32

And people downvote these straight facts. Really weird
Because that takes into account non conference schedule which wasn't the point of my post. I'm talking about conference schedule. We all know the SEC is by far the best confere...
Texas A&M has played a FAR weaker schedule than LSU so far. I don't know why everyone acts like they are some unbeatable team. They haven't played Tennessee, Kentucky, and Arkansas which are the top 3 in the SEC. Their toughest road series has been South Carolina. I'm not saying they aren't good...
Clark should have been double teamed. The rest of the Iowa team can not beat us. If Clark has 33 points, we win. A double team could have shaved off a min. of 10 of her points.
People keep saying this that if Clark would've scored 10 less points by doubling her we win. But you do r...
Jay doesn’t seem to adhere to this mindset. Winners win and he wants to win now.
Maybe but last night on the radio show he commented that the team last year had the best leadership of any team he's ever seen in Skenes, Crews, Beloso, and Dugas. And that losing all those guys is tou...
