Just my two cents from someone who has cooked dozens of large pots of both Jambalaya and pastalaya, one 15G pot will push 140 12 oz bowls. If this is 1 of 5 dishes being served for 120 people, you will be fine with a 15g pot and the calculator's process. A 10g pot won't get you there....
