Losing the super regional to Tulane in Skips last season is also right up there. After winning game 1 it seemed like it was destiny for Skip to go back to Omaha for one last ride. It was quite shocking and heartbreaking they couldn't get it done, although that was a really good Tulane team. ...

The Stanford grand slam in the CWS was one of them, but being that we did beat them in a championship game many years later, that did take a lot of the hurt away. ...

re: I bought a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer. Must be a good product to include 7yr warranty.

For those who are considering a Speed Queen, of course it's a high quality washer, but one far less expensive alternative is to find someone who sells old school washers that have a rebuilt transmission, new clutch, etc.
My old Kenmore finally gave way after almost 20 years of great service (and ...

That's right - because when people ask for assistance, they sometimes streamline details when doing so. It doesn't mean they lack the info completely, which I can ask for later.
To ask you a much more applicable question, do insurers generate their Coverage A amounts from the same place/progra...

What the hell is it with you? Do you honestly think a question can't be asked on behalf of someone else?
Like I said, it ain't my house, so I'm not the one shopping around.
Whether you believe that or not is totally irrelevant to me.
I asked you for the insurer of the quote.
I have no idea, since it's not my home.
What I can tell you is that there are 4 different quotes, which have the separate rebuilding estimates below:
130,000
160,000
206,000
236,000
That's some pretty wild variation....
Cost of labor and materials in Orleans is higher than elsewhere in the state. As stated, there aren't 235k new homes being built in Orleans. I'd swear there was a builder or construction company owner on here recently that mentioned it's around $150/square foot for something basic.

Nothing fancy at all about this place, typical ranch style home, low ceilings everywhere, etc. Just ...
