We own a tractor dealership and honestly see more gear shift tractors in with transmission issues than HSTs. Clutches issues for sure. if you’re doing dirt work or saw mill work you’d prefer a HST or power shuttle over anything you’d have to clutch and change gear or forward and reverse. ...
