I quit 2 years ago cold turkey after 16 years dipping hard.
One thing I've noticed since quitting is how disgusting, trashy, and obnoxious dipping is. I can't believe I used to spit wintergreen flavored motor oil into a cup and think it was socially acceptable.

Call around to some of your local dirt guys and see what they've got.
The guy I use on the northshore has some beautiful sandy/dirt mix that spreads great but also lets stuff grow in it. Not cheap, but I like it....
