Was talking about this the other day with some people. They had to spend a LOT on an already existing space. If you had ever been in there previously, its extremely different, and they added a lot of what look like expensive features and design elements.
They've done a real good job of turning it...

Daniels had an idea for a sitcom based in a midwestern newspaper, and the studios said "We will make it if you slap "The Office" on it"...
