Zero alcohol
Zero soda
If you drink coffee, black only
Limit or eliminate candy, chips, cookies, etc.
High protein diet, "chicken, fish, steak" plus supplemental protein
Lift heavy stuff
Increase heart rate
It sucks for the first month or so but once you start seeing results it gets easier....

No.I think the reason the WNBA is such a failure is due to fans having no attachment to any of the teams. I'm an LSU fan.
