There was a 3 month difference between when we went under contract and closing. Kept it insured and utlities ...

Had a great time at my 50th in 2021. Only 168 in our graduating class and 44 had died over the years. That was a little hard to accept. Had a nice turnout. With spouses over 120 showed up....
