This hit my back hard a lot of pulling but really liked it. Doing OHP after deads always saps me, but was able to increase the weight. Subbed lat pull down for pull ups. Did some conditioning 400M run, 100KB swings - 16kg, and 400M run took 11:32.

Well I've been lacking in participating in the program party. I'll be more consistent moving forward.
I've completed the first week of Pool Season with the following 1RM: TM %
Bench: 1RM 245: 92% TM
Squat: 1RM 305: 90%TM
Deadlift: 1RM 365: 90%TM

I’m sure 777 will chime in, but why so large of a deficit and how much weight are you trying to lose? You need to up your protein, 80 grams even on an off day for an adult male is really low, are you eating mainly fat on those days?

Which program would you compare it to? I don’t get a good sense of it from the snippets he includes? It has front squats and incline bench, correct? More supersets or less; higher volume main sets or lower or more intensity focused; etc?...

I ran Arm Farm after Grasshopper and then moved to Super Set. I'm running Super Set and love it, def gives me enough time to get some steps or runs in during the week. But wanted to get thoughts when I switch off of Super Set.

Thanks. I looked at Strongville and don't think I can run that in a calorie deficit, maybe maintenance but even then.... Starting to ease back into cardio on my off days, Greyskull conditioning, and getting 8-15k steps on top of that. Think I'll pick another 2 programs and run till the wedding. I mi...
