Crawford's Restaurant just across Perkins where Essen changes to Staring. Big Ken Catfish Crawfish Crawford does it up perfect. You will never get a piece of catfish with the brown, nasty stuff on it, they trim every piece.

Stopped at a local service station this morning to gas up the boat and ran in to grab a coffee. Heard the clerk telling a guy at the counter that their supplier has been out of Zyn for the past two weeks. Now I know why....
