Bread whether wheat or not has to real nutritional value, oatmeal is loaded with carbs, bananas while they are a fruit are one of the worst ones you can eat, and pasta along with rice have no real nutritional value. Cut out bread(including pasta), processed sugars, diet drinks, and beer. You can pretty much eat anything you want outside of those main groups even if you don’t work out but it requires some willpower if you like sweets like I do. The 6 million estimate under Trump is pure fantasy it was much closer to 3 million. Under Biden, conservative estimates have his numbers around 12 million so yes 3-4 mill is much less than 12 million. You do realize that many Jews and others died outside of gas chambers or work camps? Mass graves of bodies were burned in large open pits or buried in unmarked field? The Nazis did not keep detailed statistics in all camps including Treblinka which was destroyed as well as Sobibor before the war was...
