Take the new job. Current company sounds like a dead end with cheap pay and long hours. The vehicle and fuel card is a $15-20K bonus itself. Take the new gig and don’t look back....

We paid 1.2M for a DL coach, we’re not paying 1.5M for DT with a total of 2 assisted tackles against his only 2 ranked opponents last year. That math doesn’t work....
