They shouldn’t be.
Minimum wage was never intended to be a liveable wage.
It’s a wage for a person who has minimal skill.
Want more pay? Develop a skill, or something that adds your value to an employer.

With advancements in AI — I have a hard time seeing realtors even being a thing in the near future.
They essentially only open the door for you to look at the house that you found yourself, and know you are interested in via Zillow/whatever.
Once the paperwork is easily handled by AI — no more ...

I’d be lying if I said I knew the intricacies of how PE operates in real estate.
I’ll let someone else take that on.

I totally agree.
People don’t understand how quickly PE can control the market in any specific industry — which should violate certain antitrust laws, but they skirt around it with enough lobbying.
They already control medicine, which is horrifying. They are rapidly on their way to controlling ...

It’s private equity companies.
Look into the healthcare companies/facilities they also own —- that will worry you.
I’m as much of a capitalist as you can be — but private equity is playing bully ball, once again, as they did in the 80s. It’s time they get broken up or regulated.

Then unfortunately I’d expect more layoffs.
PE is massively over leveraged right now and their debt is very, very expensive.
(I don’t think they should legally be able to be involved in healthcare but that’s another story)

Yeah, these are good points
I pay for their site, and will be honest it’s pretty useless. It’s quite clear they don’t have any clue what’s actually going on. The write ups about practice and what not are pretty good, but recruiting is anyone’s guess.
The prediction stuff is the dumbest thing...
