I was thinking the other day how much rental rates must be going up because of HO insurance rates going up. I'm not sure but I'd think that premiums for a rental home are even higher than permanent residence....

The owner of my shop recommends only getting gas from the big name brand guys. Also don't get gas from some hole in the wall covered up with vape stickers. He says that most gas contamination issues they see if from people buying at discount places. ...
