Fair enough, but do you think the state would even be looking at this if not for the pride flag at the intersection? If this had been done and practically any other intersection in Florida, the state would take no action. Seems like selective prosecution....

So the state is claiming that they were damaged because someone decided to paint the fig flag at an intersection?
What if someone had to slam on the brakes while going through the intersection and left skid marks on the flag from locking them up. Would the state prosecute them, or are they solel...

That is a crap argument. How does someone own a painting on a public road (where is that considered legal) and then claim damages to property to which they have zero claim of it being personal. ...
