Set your alarm for 4:20am and get up and work out for 1+ hr at least 4 days a week….set your standards high. Have fun with the wrong ones and be perfectly honest and up front. Stay on diet. Things will get better increasingly with time. Speaking from experience ...

I whole hearted agree that influences such as Tate, etc. are what todays young males can gravitate towards, and get inspiration. I believe the Church is equally important. Not all priests can relate and have trouble delivering...the hope is that someone can peer through and find the pastor for...
