Not a fan. Once you paint brick, you can't un-paint it. What's worse, you'll have to re-paint it when you paint the trim. Lack of painting was one of the things that first made brick homes very appealing....

Tyndall AFB is in Panama City, FL. It used to be a F-22 base before the hurricane wiped it out. Not sure what they're flying there now, but I think it might be F-35s....

No one likes jury duty except maybe loners who are retired or don't work. Having said that, consider how you would feel if you were either a plaintiff or defendant in a jury trial....

Homes that were built 100+ years ago were mostly made of wood. If stone was prevalent in the area, some may have been built of stone. It's possible to have a home built of brick that old, but I don't recall seeing any. FWIW, I'm talking about common homes and not plantation homes. Old growth wood...

Using chainsaws while on a ladder is way up there. Some things that haven't been mentioned: bench grinder without protective shroud oxygen/acetylene torch band saw welder old power tools (before double insulation) with sketchy wiring...
My son went through something similar (not the ASVAB scores part). My belief is that his problem was primarily one of immaturity and laziness. He told us that he was "tired of school" when he was still in high school. While he was in high school he worked at fast food restaurants. After he graduated...
And that song was off their debut album too! It's a pretty fantastic debut album....
