Some of y'all are freaks so I try to avoid comparing because I can't, but today I averaged 8:09 on my 3.5 run, with the 3rd mile under 8 (hills thing). It has taken months to get back down to this average since I had a calf thing and got flu or something late January. Just in time for warmer morning...

Hunting, driving kids around, waking up 2 hours before everyone else to enjoy coffee and quiet time, forcing said kids to hike places, fixing lawn mowers, digging holes and moving rocks....

Grill - wood fire (oak or maple, hot and fast), either Tony's more spice or Kinder's blend or whatever it is. I make my patty huge so it goes outside the bun just a little bit, but not crazy thick. Medium rare. American cheese. Alternate between no condiments, BBQ sauce on the bottom bun, and horser...
