Garmin says mine is 58. I’m 33 and run 4-5 days/week. I’d be curious to know what it actually is. Anyone know where to have a test done in South Louisiana?...

While that would be great, I doubt ULL hosts. They are #38 in the RPI, even lower than LSU at #31. Just don’t see them realistically having a shot at hosting a regional....

Speed session this morning. 2 sets of 3x500m followed by a 4x100m set to finish it off. With summer weather here to stay, been cutting those interval lengths down. This summer I will focus on dropping my mile time from 4:57 to 4:49 or better....
