Sounds like every major Dem. run city! But I'm in ATL a lot, much of the same with NOLA. Both are nice for a quick day. The difference, Ga has a bunch of nice cities surrounding ATL. NOLA, no so much. ...

Crude Oil is segregated by two things, lube approved and non lube approved. Lube feed is what's used to make the motor oils. An yes, much like gasoline, lube stock is made for all companies.
